We do not offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders. We shall be charging you a nominal shipping charges of Rs. 60/- for every 1.7 meters of Suit/Shirt/Lining fabrics (fabrics/cutlengths and/or clothing material of varied quality and/or specifications) orders, placed on Bespocut.in. The shipping charges shall be calculated in multiples of 1.7 meters only. Minimum order quantity shall be 1 meter and above, if not, nominal shipping charges will still apply. This policy shall be applicable to any item available ordered in meters on Bespocut.in.
Shipping charge of Buttons are free if they are added on any order of fabric, if purchased separately, we shall be charging you a nominal shipping charges of Rs. 60/- for every 50 pieces of buttons.

*Overseas mills may remain closed on certain days/months of the year based on the public holidays of their respective countries during which orders on our website for fabrics from these mills and our shipping shall remain temporarily stopped/suspended.
We ship only on working days of the week from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a reasonable delay of 2-3 working days.
If your order has multiple items, these may ship separately from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive a separate email if the shipment does not contain all the items that you had ordered.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or send an e-mail at [email protected], mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card, your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net-banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time, which may be 7-15 days. You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items. We do not return or exchange accessories like Buttons, Linings, Fusing, Felts, Shoulder Pads, Threads etc. and Gift Vouchers. However, in the event of our Suit and Shirt fabrics (fabrics/cut-lengths and/or clothing material of varied quality and/or specifications) having any manufacturing defects/damage (and subject to the condition that they are not stitched, washed, ironed, dry-cleaned or handled/used in any other manner whatsoever) then we shall provide an exchange subject to receipt of proof of such defect/damage along with the return of the products in unused, saleable condition in its original packaging along with original tags and the original sales invoice within seven (7) days from date of delivery at the customers’ billing address. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount, if any, charged to your credit / debit card /net-banking account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Bespocut.in and accept Bespocut.in decision regarding the cancellation.
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit / debit card /net-banking account details or other financial details provided by you for availing of services on Bespocut.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit / debit card /net-banking account or financial facility which is not lawfully owned / obtained by you. The language to be used during the arbitration proceedings shall be English.

We are responsible for what we sell. We do not return or exchange accessories like Buttons, Linings, Fusing, Felts, Shoulder Pads, Threads etc. and Gift Vouchers. However in the event of our Suit and Shirt fabrics (fabrics/cutlengths and/or clothing material of varied quality and/or specifications) having any manufacturing defects/damage (and subject to the condition that they are not stitched, washed, ironed, dry-cleaned or handled/used in any other manner whatsoever) then we shall provide an exchange subject to receipt of proof of such defect/damage along with the return of the products in unused, saleable condition in its original packaging along with original tags and the original sales invoice within seven (7) days from date of delivery at the customers billing address.
